Maintenance Packages

Sometimes in our busy everyday routines, it can be easy to forget that our yards are part of the investment we made in our homes. Whether you live in an HOA neighborhood or not, regardless of the age of your home, your yard deserves the same attention the inside of your house receives.

Partnering with Cervantes Landscape can give you the peace of mind that you’re taking care of your outside investment as much as inside, on a schedule that fits your budget.

*Maintenance packages are generally offered only after an initial clean-up project is completed.

What’s Included in a Yard Maintenance Package?

Each package is custom designed for the needs of the client and the property. Generally, most maintenance packages include:

  • Small Hedge & Bush Trimming

  • Irrigation Check*

  • Mowing Lawn (as needed)

  • Blowing Dust, Dirt, & Debris

  • Weed Spray

Our maintenance packages are generally serviced either monthly or bi-monthly.

*Irrigation repairs are quoted and then scheduled as a separate service.

What’s the Difference Between Initial Clean-Up & Maintenance?

The difference between an initial cleanup project and a maintenance service is generally determined by the level of landscape overgrowth. Vegetation requiring cutting, trimming, or reduction of 12 inches or more will be classified as an initial cleanup and will incur additional charges separate from any recurring maintenance package.

Initial cleanup services are intended to restore the property to a maintainable condition before routine maintenance can begin. Routine maintenance packages are designed to maintain an already established landscape condition and do not include excessive overgrowth reduction, major pruning, or restoration work.
