What Can You Expect?

We’re actively hiring 2-3 new landscapers to join our crew in Northwest Phoenix. Crew members can expect to work varied hours, generally with a minimum of 25 hours a week. We’re a growing business, and as our client base grows, so do the available hours (and your pay)! Commission opportunities are available if you help us bring on new clients.

 

We treat each crew member like family, but we know you also have one of your own. We do our best to be flexible for things like school pick-up and doctor’s appointments. However, we are not currently able to offer health or retirement benefits.

 

Ideally, we’re looking for someone who has experience with pavers and turf installation, but we’re open to train the right person. If you carry a CDL license, that is also a bonus, as we sometimes operate large machinery.

 

Pay is dependent on experience, starting at $18/hr.

We're only currently looking for employees 18+ for insurance reasons.

All of our jobs are in Northwest Phoenix, and we're looking for employees who live relatively close to minimize tardiness due to traffic.
