FAQs
Unfortunately, no. We don’t offer quotes without coming to your property because there are too many variables that go into each of our custom landscape quotes. Oftentimes, pictures don’t do a good job of allowing us to see how big your property is or where there might be potential issues that need remedied. We come to your property to give you a quote so there is less chance of a surprise for you or us at the time of service.
We do our best to be available within 72 business hours of your request to come out to your property and provide you with a quote. We don’t do packaged quotes – each one is custom – and therefore we do our best to be available quickly.
The first time we come to your property, yes, we ask that you be onsite. We like to introduce ourselves to the property owner and make sure that we have access to the areas you’re asking us to service. For monthly maintenance, you do not have to be onsite after the first visit.
Delays attributable to the customer may result in service being deferred until the next scheduled service day. Delays attributable to Cervantes Landscape will be remedied by providing service within 48 hours of the originally-scheduled service day(s). We reserve the right to address each situation individually and make exceptions to this policy as necessary.
Absolutely, we offer monthly landscape maintenance packages. These can include weeding, mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, bushes, and short trees, and reviewing any irrigation issues. Visit our Maintenance Packages page for more details.
Tree trimming and pruning are not included in standard maintenance packages. These services will be scheduled separately from regular maintenance and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis dependent on the scope of work required.
Generally, yes! We’re not currently contracted with any neighborhood’s HOA, but if you can provide us with the requirements, we can help you to meet them.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay, cash, and checks. We do not currently accept Venmo or Paypal. We’ll send you an invoice from Quickbooks after your service with all of the available options.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
